Optimize Your Mental Performance
It's time for a change, time to feel good about yourself and your goals. To truly believe they are possible and you can achieve what you want. Will it take work? Yes and everything that you want it just behind the door of 'uncomfortable and unfamiliar' yet this is nothing new to you. Even though I may not know you personally, I may not know your story you have have had this happen for you, maybe many times over. Some you many not even remember.... like learning to crawl then walk, not an easy task and one that took many efforts and failures before you succeeded, and yet you succeeded. Now there may be one thing that is getting in your way... that's you. It's ok you are awake and aware and ready to step out of your own way and connect with your true inner potential that will allow you to achieve your goals out here in the world. Being aware is key, so where are you at right now? What do you not like about where you are at currently? If you could change one thing what would it be? Why? What would changing that one thing do to help you move forward, onward and upward? This is the work, getting to know yourself better, to love yourself and to understand perfection is an illusion but progress and learning will get you excellence. So it's time to evaluate with love your mindset and know it's a skill to be confident and like any skill to get better you must practice and from there you learn and adjust and modify till you got it. Got it? So what can you do right now? Take inventory of where you are and write it down and then write down where you want to go and why. Then ask yourself again why do you want that goal? Ask yourself and again and listen as you get clear and quiet as you listen to within, the true you that already knows how amazing you are. This isn't fluff and it is work and most times our old habits will take over if we don't create a new road. So start with one small change. After you have answer the above questions for yourself. Ask yourself what is one habit you are currently doing that you feel does not help you, yet rather it hinders you? When does this happen, write it down, really get to see the bigger picture and then let's see how you can change it.
What is the one thing right now that is hindering you? Watch to much Netflix or Tik Tok , on your phone to much, stay up late too often, eat too much sugar or fried foods, stay stationary for too long each day? Whatever it is identify it and here's how you are going to change it. You answered where you want to go and
